Our projects

In this Proctor district restoration, we were honored to be the contractors selected to perform a complete systems transplant to prepare this century + old home for its next hundred and beyond.
To remain compliant to WA State safety regulations and the safety of our crew and clients, we prioritized a safety first mandate with a a full risk assessment . Hazardous knob-and-tube were the first to go and a full meter swap and panel upgrade were priority.
Next was the galvanized supply and waste lines. Icing on the cake was was the tankless water heater and recirculation line to deliver without the lag.
We partner with Specialized IICRC biohazard teams neutralized the potential airborne pathogens at first discovery, environmentally monitored the space during and a final neutralize and full cleanup of the space.

Cottage Lake Dry Rot +
Our mitigation and hazard specialists knew this reconstruction would take Grit. Luckily we're the grittiest they know.
A "dead valley" on the roof was sheeting water to the house. A moist combination with inferior siding, building envelope, flashing and a way for water to escape.
The crew had it torn down to the studs and rebuilt with all new structural components, insulation, fire tape, siding and paint. Our work impressed the customers so much that we went full blast on the space upgrade.
Old wooden porch was rebuild with stamped concrete with incorporated color mix, 6' front porch extension, additional downspout for extra water diversion and massive lumber.
